Part of the article included an interview with Nancy Alcorn who was in Australia at the time of the interview. She was upset that girls who received centrelink payments had to sign them over to mercy since this is supposed to be a free program. She stated that all plans for future homes in Australia have been put on hold and the international board of directors are investigating the charges of several mercy survivors had made public.
